TO BE WHOLE
God wants us to have heaven on earth now this very day.
Are you wondering how we can have heaven on earth today?
The answer is we have to be whole.
To be whole is a process that can take a lot of time.
It depends on the indiviual whether they want more of the Lord and work to
that goal.
When we asked Jesus into our hearts the process of becoming whole began.
As we grow in the Lord we get to know Him better and desire more of Him.
We study the scriptures to learn how we are suppose to live.
We learn to listen to the Holy Spirit and He leads us on the path that takes us to
the Lord.
God gives us gifts to help us with our walk with Him.
With each increase we have in the Lord we loose a little more of self.
The Holy Spirit begins to minister to us more.
The more you listen the closer you get to being whole.
But you also have to be obediant.
Our flesh doesn't alwayus want to listen.
We have to come to the realization that in order to be whole and have the
Kingdom within us we must be willing to give up all the things of the world.
By giving up everything doesn't mean you have to leave your family, home, job,
and so on.
It means that if God asked you to go witness to someone but there is a ball game
you were suppose to attend you have to make a choice.
Either be in Gods will or go see you son play in the ball game.
What would you do?
There will be plenty of ball games that your son will play in.
What about the lost soul you were suppose to witness to?
Was it their last chance to ask Jesus into their heart?
I was an avide reader.
I would read a book a day and sometimes start another.
Then I started to desire more of the Lord.
I haven't given up the books and maybe one day I'll pick one up and read it.
For now I want to read spiritual books, magazines, and read some of the brothers
and sisters writings on the internet.
The desire to want more of the Lord has replaced the things of the world.
I am still there for my family but God comes before them and they understand
because they are serving the Lord too.
I am very blessed to have a family that understands.
Sometimes they are called to do something and I am put on the back burner so
to speak.
Then there are times when my husband and I go out and work for the Lord
together.
That is a blessing and is really cool.
Are you ready to give 100% to the Lord?
Do you want to be whole and have the Kingdom of God within you?
To spend time with the Lord is such a blessing.
Another thing that the Lord is showing me is that I am not giving that much up
to be with Hm more.
Jesus left heaven to come to earth to be disrespected, beaten, stoned, and nailed
to the cross with all the sins of the world on Him when He was and always
will be sinless.
Jesus did it all paid the price of our sins.
We owe Him everything.
Our lives belong to Him.
Not just when it is convenient for us but all of our days.
Not 30%, 40%, or 50% but 100% of our lives.
When we give 100% of us our flesh dies at the cross.
God takes all the inpurities out of us and replaces it with the Kingdom.
Praise the Lord for all He is doing for us and what He is going to do for us.
I don't know if it is possible to give the 100% but we need to try to accomplish as
close to 100% as we can.
We are all like clay in the potters hands and it makes me so grateful for the Lord
has not given up on me when I am a mess that I am.
My prayer is that who ever reads these words. the Lord gave me, will think about
what the Lord has given us because He loves us. Think about how little we
give Him. That you will realize that we give up very little compared to what
Jesus has given us. That you will choose to give 100% of yourself to God
so the Kingdom can be in you.
