FAITH WITHOUT WORKS
As Christians we have faith in God.
When we were saved, asked Jesus into our hearts, we were saved by the grace of
God through faith.
Without God we wouldn't have faith.
When we ask Jesus into our life He puts love, faith, and hope into our hearts.
The Holy Spirit enters us at that time also.
We want to do the biding of the Lord.
The closer we get the more we want to do the work of the Lord.
But to have faith without works it is dead.
What good is it if a brother or sister come to you and they have no clothing or
food and we send them away saying go and be safe and warm and we don't
give them food or clothing?
Even demons believe in the one true God and they fear the Lord.
They have faith without works and they are dead.
Abraham justified by works when he offered Isaac on the Alter. ( James 2;14-25)
So he had faith with works.
Our body without the Holy Spirit is dead.
Faith without works is also dead. (James 2:26)
Those who know there is only one true God and keep it to themself are self
serving.
They figure they are saved so what the heck they can go on with their lives and
go to heaven whn they pass on.
The thing is when you give your heart to Jesus you make Him Lord of your life.
You commit your life to the Lord it is not your life anymore but His.
The Holy Spirit leads you on the path that leads to the Lord.
You are happy when you are doing the Lords work.
You seek the Lord and want more of Him.
Those who truly know the Lord know that they can't do it on their own and they
want the Lord to work through them.
Those who have no works are not committed to the Lord they are seeking wisdom
from man as they go through their life.
My prayer is that who ever reads these words, the Lord gave me, will turn your
life around if you have faith and no works. For those who have works to prove
their faith will continue to grow in the Lord and your works will increase. That
all will see the truth and hear when the Lord calls.
God bless you and your family, may the Lord keep you close to Him.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
