 WALK IN WISDOM

God wants all of His children to walk in wisdom.

Wisdom is the one thing that God says if you want wisdom ask and
     you shall receive.

God does not give us wisdom of the world so we can make more
     money.

God gives us Godly wisdom so that we can live our lives in the light of
     righteousness.

Wisdom that will help lead His lost children into the light.

Ephesians 5:15 says;  See then that you walk circumspectly, not as
     fools but as wise.

Circumspect means:  careful to consider all circumstances and pos-
     sible consequences.

Paul is saying that we should not just jump in and just do something
even if we think we are doing it for the Lord.

We need to pray and ask God what we should do so He will be glorified

This is where Gods wisdom will help you make the right choice.

The things of the world are foolishness.

They don't consider the consequences.

But sometimes Christians can get a little zealous and jump in but they
     are out of Gods timing.

If we are not in Gods will we can be foolish too.

Colossians 4:5 says;  Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside,
     redeeming the time.

Christians are in an inner circle with the Lord.

Those on the outside have always labeled Christians with very uncom-
     plimentory names.

In the early church people used to think that Christians were canables

Because we live differently they don't understand so they say things
that are really off the wall.

We must live to glorify the Lord.

As we walk toward those on the outside of the inner circle and show
them that being one of Gods chirldren is a better way of life.

When we walk in wisdom, (God's wisdom), those that are watching us
are looking for us to make a mistake and not walk what we speak.

Some will want what we have, but some will still look for names to call
us that are so far from the truth but make themselves feel better.

It is all worth it is just one comes into the light and seeks the wisdom
     we are walking in.

Ephesians 5:16 says;  redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

As Gods children we are to offset the evil going on in the world.

You never know when someone is looking for something that the world
     can't fulfill.

Too many times we think we can't make a difference.

But when we walk, (live), in Gods wisdom, someone will notice and
wonder what you have that they don't.

We must be a good example for those that are of the world.

Ephesians 5:17 says;  Therefore do not be unwise, but undestand
what the will of the Lord is.

This scripture is speaking about being in the will of God.

This has nothing to do with feelings or emothions.

With the understanding of scriptures is what Paul is talking about.

The Bible is the Wisdom of God.

Although there will be no man that understands it all, only God knows.

Gods will for you are in the Bible.

The Holy Spirit will help many times to lead you in the right direction.

This is another reason we must stay in the word.

That is not to say God doesn't give us visions and dreams to point us
     to the right place.

Romans 2:2 says;  But we know that the judgement of God is accod-
ing to truth against those who practice such things.

This scripture is speaking about those who judge others.

They will bring Gods judgement upon themselves.

For who ever they judge they wiill be judged for the same thing.

We are all guilty, Christians included, of judging someone even bro-
thers and sisters in the Lord.

It is Gods place to judge not ours.

It is different for the judges in the United States.

All leaders, governments, are given their office by God.

We are to obey the laws that are in the city, state, or country that
have been given and voted on.

As individuals we have no right to judge no not one.

1 Thessalonians 4:3 says;  For this is the will of God, your sanctifa-
     cation:  that you should abstain from sexual immorality;

I know I am going to step on toes here.

But if I know the truth and with hold it so I won't upset anyone I will
be judged because of my silence.

If you are living with someone and you aren't married that is a sin.

Sexual relationships are only for those who are married.

Homosexualality is a sin and one that God distroyed 2 cities for.

Pornography is a growing problem in the world today.

Sexual relationships with a prostitute is like slaping God in the face.

Sexual intimacy was a gift from God for one man and one woman with-
     in the boundries of marriage.

No Christian should practice in sexual immorality.

The world says it is okay but their opinion is taking them to hell.

We need to connect our minds with the word of God and live that way

Ephesians 5:18 says;  And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dis-
sipation but be filled with the Spirit.

When one of Gods children get drunk on wine it displeases God.

What Christians should desire is the filling of the Holy Spirit.

All Christian are filled with the Holy Spirit at the time they ask Jesus
     into their hearts.

They are sealed as one of Gods children at that time.

What Paul is saying is that not all Christians are Spirit filled but all are
sealed as one of Gods children.

The filling of the Holy Spirit is an on going thing moment by moment.

The desire of the filling of the Holy Spirit must be in your heart and
you must seek the Lords will and be obediant in order for the fil-
ling of the Holy Spirit to continue to grow in you.

Ephesians 4:30 says:  And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by
whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

The Holy Spirit should never be ignored, pushed away, or rejected.

We are sealed by the Holy Spirit at the time we were born again.

Paul does say that even a person who has been sealed as one of Gods
Children can be tempted with evil thoughts and actions.

That is why we need to go the extra mile and desire the filling of the
     Holy Spirit.

The more your spirit is filled the temptation will be easier to turn away
     from.

You won't be deceived in the end of days.

Proverbs 20:1 says:  Wine is a mocker, strong drink is a brawler, and
whoever is led astray by it is not wise.

When someone uses alcohol and becomes intoxicated they make fools
     of themselves.

They can't walk, talk, and some get very mean and abussive.

This deffinately is not any wisdom from God to partake in alcohol and
     to be drunk.

Gods wisdom is to stay away from things such as alcohol and drugs.

There are people addicted to perscription meication.

That is not from God either.

Christians if you are involved in any of these things you need to stop.

Pray for God to help you break the bondage you are in.

Ephesians 5:19 says;  Speaking to one another is psalms and hymns,
and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the
     Lord.

Praise and worship bring the filling of the Holy Spirit.

It goes without saying that they, the song, have to come from your
     hearts.

Where the hearts are pure and the singing of praise and worship the
Holy Spirit will move and fill those who open themselves to the
     Spirit of God.

Acts 16:25 says;  But at midnight Paul and Silas praying and singing
hymns to God, and the prosoners were listening to them.

This scripture shows that God will move when His children are using
     His wisdom.

Even though Paul and Silas were in a bad place they praised God with
     songs.

They prayed and God made His presence known by freeing all of the
     prisoners.

Paul and Silas didn't leave.

The guard was going to kill himself but Paul stopped him.

Paul and Silas witnessed to the guard and he gave his heart to Jesus.

Paul and Silas stayed in Gods will and lead a lost soul to the light.

James 5:13 says;  Is anyone among you suffering?  Let him pray.  Is
anyone cheerful?  Let him sing psalms.

This verse is also showing us how God's wisdom works in our lives.

Not only that but it shows how we are to get the filling of the Holy
     Spirit.

If you pray, sing praises, and worship Him you will be blessed.

By working in God's wisdom you also bless the Lord.

Ephesians 5:20 says;  Giving thanks always for all things to God the
Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus is our intersessor to God the Father.

So we should always pray in Jesus name.

Also we should give thanks for all that God does for us.

Even in the bad times, praise Him for your blessings.

Knowing that the Lord is with us in the bad times and He will not allow
anything to happen to us that we can't handle.

He will give us the strength to get through the storms in our lives.

PRAISE THE LORD!!!

With all the trials and tribulations we come out of them stronger and
     closer to the Lord.

Psalms 34:1 says;  I will bless the Lord at all times;  His praise shall
     continually be in my mouth.

This psalm is a psalm of praise.

In general we don't pray, praise, and worship the Lord near enough.

We are in the end of days and there will come a time that we will go
back to the ways of the early church.

When that happens we will sing praises to the Lord non stop.

We will spend more time in prayer and giving Him thanks He deserves.

What a day that will be.

The Holy Spirit of God will be moving and giving His children hope for
     the days ahead.

1Peter 2:5 says;  You also, as living stones, are being built up a spirit-
ual house, a holy priesthead, to offer up spiritual sacrefices ac-
ceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Christians are all part of Gods Spiritual building.

The living stones are each of His children that make up the church,
     (the Body of Christ).

In the beginning the only ones who were allowed to be priests were
     from one tribe.

Since Jesus paid the price of our sins we are all priests.

When we are born again into Gods family we all became one of God's
     priests.

Ephesians 5:21 says;  submitting to one another in the fear of God.

This verse is speaking of the Holy Spirit filling us and manifesting it-
     self in us.

The understanding of God enters us and we know in our hearts that
there is a God and that Jesus is His only begotten Son.

We increase our knowledge as we get into the word and our minds
will digest the word and put it into our hearts.

There is a scripture that I should have put in this lesson so  I am go-
ing to add it in now.

Ecclesiastes 11:2 says;  Give a serving to seven and also to eight, for
you do not know what evil will be on the earth.

This verse tells us to be generous to many and then some.

You never know where their hearts are.

But if you give to them from your heart it could be the one seed that
will flurrish and they will come into the light.

If we take it upon ourselves to pick and choose who we witness to we
could be witnessing to the one that their hearts are so hard they
won't listen to anything about our Lord Jesus Christ.

The revelation in these scriptures have been a blessing to me.

I encourage you with all my heart to read them and see what revela-
     tion God will give you.

You will feel blessed to find the wisdom that you will gleem from these
     scriptures and more.

My prayer is that whoever reads these words, the Lord gave me, will
help you to have more understanding of Gods words and the wis-
dom within the Bible.  That you will desire to know more and seek
Gods wisdom more and more.  That you will want to go beyond
filled with the Spirit of God to the filling of Gods Spirit moment to
moment.  When you are in the process of the filling of the Holy
Spirit your flesh will die little by little and until you are completely
filled and only Jesus will be seen in you.  I am so looking forward
to that day and I pray you have the same desire.

God bless you and your families, may the Lord keep you close to Him.

PRAISE GOD OUR FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
      THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
