SPIRITUAL WISDOM
Spiritual wisdom is what all Christians need.
Some look for wisdom in college.
Others look for wisdom in the school of hard knocks.
But they are the wisdoms of the world.
Brothers and sisters get hungry for the only wisdom that counts, that is spiritual
wisdom.
God wants all of His children to seek out the spiritual wisdom that He freely gives
to all His children.
All we need to do is ask.
Ephesians 1:17 says; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory,
may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.
This verse is the prayer that Paul prayed for the Ephesians.
It is a good prayer that we can pray for out brothers and sisters in the Lord.
We all need the spiritual wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of the Lord.
John 20:17 says; Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet
ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, I am
ascendig to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.
Jesus was talking about the deciples as being His brethren.
Jesus gave Mary the post ressurrection testemony and she was to give it to the
deciples.
Ephesians 1:18-19 says; the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that
you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory
of His inheritance in the saints, and what is exceeding greatness of His power
toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.
What Paul is talking about is a spiritual understanding that had never been shown
to them before.
With the understanding came the hope that we have in Christ Jesus.
Jesus is our only hope and true riches.
Ephesians 1:20 says; which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the
dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly place.
God raised Jesus from the dead to show just how much power He has.
Also to show that Jesus had been given a position in heaven.
Ephesians 1:21-22 says; far above all principality and power and might and
dominion, and every name that is named not only in this age but also in that
which is to come. And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be
head over all things to the church, which is His Body, the fullness of Him who
fills all in all.
Paul is saying that there is no name above the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and
savior.
It tells us that Jesus is head of the church.
That the church is the Body of Christ.
Praise be to the Lord of lords and the King of kings.
Jesus is everything our redeemer, our friend, our savior, our Lord and Master.
Jesus is our hope, our strength, our peace of mind, our everything.
We must praise God several times a day for Jesus.
Without Jesus we would all be bound for hell.
For we have all fallen short of the Kingdom of God.
Would you be willing to go through what Jesus did for people you didn't know?
Just think Jesus did it for everyone that has been born.
Even the ones who beat Him beyond recognition then nailed Him to the cross.
Yes, Jesus died for all the men and women that killed Him.

My prayer is that who ever reads these words, that the Lord gave me, will pray for
spiritual wisdom. That you would pray for your brothers and sister that they
would also receive spiritual wisdom and knowledge. That you'll seek the Lord
more knowing that He is everything to us. Be encouraged that your heavenly
Father is there and wants to give us all wisdom so we might never be
deceived by the enemy.
